- Sautee onions and peppers with garlic till tender (use a dash of ovil oil). Takes maybe 7 minutes.
- Add roasted peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Add seasoning to taste. I LOVE seasonings. Dont be scared..throw in what ever you have that you like..
- Bring to simmer..
- Remove from heat, add noodles.
- Mix together and sample..
- Add speghetti sauce, and extra seasonings to taste,.
